CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Yellow Brick Parking is not liable for any property damage or loss.  You park at your own risk.
  • Security and safety are paramount, and patrons must follow instructions from parking attendants.
  • Be courteous to fellow tailgaters, respecting their space and privacy.
  • Use appropriate language and behavior that enhances the positive atmosphere.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash.  Feces must be collected and properly disposed of.
  • Grills are permitted.  Ground fires are not allowed.  Any open flame must be monitored and contained in an elevated metal grill, stove, or fire pit designed to contain heat and flames.
  • Loud music, karaoke machines, and fireworks are prohibited.
  • Quiet hours are dusk till dawn.  Keep noise at a minimum to avoid disturbing others during this time.
  • Leave no trash.  Bag all trash before leaving and take it with you.
  • Ensure all members of your party are aware of and follow the rules.  You are responsible for the behavior of those who tailgate with you at your vehicle.
  • Any violation of these terms may lead to expulsion and legal action.

REFUNDS

  • All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

RESERVATION CHANGES

  • The date and time of a parking reservation can be changed or modified by calling 585-230-0632. Refunds will not be issued.

NONTRANSFERABLE

  • Parking passes are non-transferable and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold from the original purchaser who was issued the parking pass to another person, enity, or group. Parking passes are invalid, become null and void, and retain no value if resold, purchased, or obtained from any reseller marketplace or website other than yellowbrickparkinglot.com.
  • Parking passes purchased or resold on any reseller marketplace or website such as Stubhub.com, SeatGeek.com, VividSeats.com, TicketNetwork.com, NFLTicketExchange.com, or any other reseller marketplace lose all value and become null and void.
